CTI provides testing services to corporate outfits to ensure accurate, efficient and impartial recruitment of skilled human resources for managerial and non managerial positions. Specific areas of work include preparing list of applicants, screening submitted documents, setting and moderating questions, evaluating answer scripts, inputing and verifying data, conducting tests and interviews, publishing results and merit lists.
